Domenic Pittis – Head Instructor

Domenic Pittis played over 1200 professional games in his 19 year career in the IHL, AHL, NHL, NLA/NLB (Switzerland).

After he was finished playing he served as the Skills Coach for the Calgary Flames for two years, before moving onto the bench as an assistant coach with their AHL affiliate in Stockton, California. After 6 years with the Heat, he is now the director of hockey at St Mary’s High School in Stockton, California.
Domenic also has been a skills coach at the Canadian U-17 national team development camp for the past 5 years and is a Hockey Canada Certified Skills Coach.


Rick Davis – Strength Coach/ Nutrition

Rick Davis is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Stockton Heat Hockey Club, AHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, where he oversees all aspects of sport performance, sports science, and reconditioning for the Heat. He believes in a holistic approach to improve sports performance that is unique to the individual athlete.
Rick has worked with athletes of all ages, from various sports, and different levels of competition ranging from youth to the professional level athlete. Previously he has worked with athletes from multiple sports at Sacramento State University, American River College (football), and Stanford University.
Rick grew up in the Bay Area playing hockey (gold rush, north stars, jets), and played collegiately for the CSUS ACHA club team.
